I played this at Best Buy last week. The 3D works for me but I was surprised at how uncomfortable I was...it really produced alot of eyestrain for me. The slider is definitely a good idea because the 3D effect isn't for everybody.
This could be a new version of Kinect. I'm betting an xbox 720 by 2012
Anyone try this yet?
9 hours of battery life with intensive use sounds great to me. This will probable be my first tablet but not for a few months, sounds like it needs some kinks worked out.
Short term I don't think it'll beat the Wii. MS seems to be in this for the long haul, I'm sure an improved Kinect will ship with the Xbox 720. I have a feeling that Nintendo is going to move away from the home console space and concentrate on handhelds as improbable as that sounds. It's just my gut talking. I think they'll be a Wii 2 and that will be it.
I've got Kinect, it's a pretty fun device. My wife and my kids love it. Kinect Sports and Dance Central are the killer apps right now but I'd like to see some more software announced for it.
Suicide is a terrible tragedy
I'm getting the weird character problem too Toaster...Firefox's latest version here.
Anyway, I want a Xoom. I was messing around with one at Costco today. Really slick. I'm just sick and tired of the iOS.
Kinect is pretty fun. MS needs to get some more games out for it though. They don't want to lose that momentum.
Walmart's best days are behind it. It's becoming a dinosaur, even in the brick and mortar world. It's still the 900 pound gorilla, it's just getting long in the tooth (I wanted to see how many cliche's I could fit in :p)
Download the OnLive application onto your PC and try out some demos for free to see if it'll work with your internet connection. The wireless stuff is in beta and it's pretty wonky but the wired stuff works really well. Not as good as a high end PC mind you but it's pretty impressive.

Who approved this? There's some pathetic spelling skills on display.
Man, Sony can't catch a break this gen
MySpace nuked itself, no need for Facebook to spend a dime.
That's some version number
Sony will never do it. Too much to lose. The most they'll do is negotiate a bigger percentage of revenue from their music sales on iTunes.
I got one. I have like 3,000 rollover minutes and it gets bigger every month. This is just meaningless PR
The could be in danger of cheapening their brand. Apple is seen as a luxury product, a status symbol by some. This is risky imo.
The only good thing is that the "older" models tend to drop in price rather quickly
I'm actually amazed it's still around. I'd say the only thing keeping it from failing completely is Rupert Murdoch's deep pockets.
